My situation around the property and family details was a bit complicated, but she handled everything with total professionalism and patience. What stood out most was her patience and how nonjudgmental and down to earth she was through the whole process. She explained things clearly, kept it real, and made something that could’ve been stressful feel easy and manageable for me. It’s not often you’re on a call with an insurance Agt. this knowledgeable and patient, especially when you’re trying establish insurance on a property you co-own but weren’t even originally listed on.
